Call Recording Provider TelStrat Signs Distribution Agreement with Ingram Micro Asia Ltd.

TelStrat, a global provider contact center solutions and business call recording products, has recently signed a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro (News - Alert) Asia, Ltd., the Asian arm of the world's largest technology distributor. The agreement allows Ingram Micro channel partners in Singapore, the Philippines, and Vietnam to sell and distribute TelStrat's call recording and workforce optimization (WFO) solution portfolio, Engage Contact Center Suite.

TelStrat develops contact center solutions and business call recording products, including the Engage Contact Center Suite. TelStrat's Engage Suite features award-winning technology that makes capturing customer interaction, knowledge mining call content, maximizing agent performance, and streamlining workforce management affordable to any organization.

As a wholesale provider of computer products in Asia Pacific, today, Ingram Micro Asia represents over 90 vendors in Asia Pacific with more than 24,000 products including application software, systems, networking, storage, printers and peripherals products.

Specifically, this agreement will help Ingram Micro channel partners provide bundled call recording and WFO solutions with Cisco (News - Alert) sales proposals for small-medium business, large enterprise or cloud-based deployments. Also, TelStrat will work with Ingram Micro to promote VAR sales, supply pre-sale and post-sale technical support services, and provide product training.

Currently available to Ingram Micro channel partners, TelStrat's Engage Contact Center Suite blends voice recording & screen capture; agent performance evaluation; coaching & E-Learning; speech analytics; and workforce management into a complete contact center solution.
