IST Named Middle East Partner of the Year

According to the announcement, the Middle East Partner of the Year Award recognizes IST for its technical support and professional service capabilities, investment in Genesys training and certification programs, and in-house R&D capabilities. What makes IST stand out is that it’s allowed Genesys to extend its partnership with IST and empower it to become the first and only cloud partner in the Middle East. Additionally, this award acknowledges IST’s successful implementation of several Genesys-based solutions in the region, including projects with Careem, Dubai Islamic Bank, Mobily, SABIC, and STC.
